Privacy Policy
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR.
1. Controller
AMX Mediensysteme, owner Dirk Wenk, Remigiusstr. 63, 41747 Viersen, Germany · Email: contact@amx-mediensysteme.de. Full details in the Imprint.
2. This website vs. the Loiteria game
This policy concerns the website. Loiteria itself is in development; as currently planned, save data is stored locally on your device (no account, no transfer to our servers). Should this change before release, we will update this policy accordingly.
3. Launch notification (email sign-up)
If you sign up via the form on this page, we store the email address you entered, along with the time and language of sign-up. Purpose: to notify you when there's news about Loiteria. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Storage location: exclusively on our own server, no transfer to third parties, no mailing-list provider. Retention: until we send you that notification, after which we delete the address; you can also request deletion at any time, informally, by emailing contact@amx-mediensysteme.de. Providing this information is voluntary.
4. Server log files
When you visit this site, our server automatically processes access data: IP address, date/time, requested resource, data volume, referrer and user agent. Purpose: secure, stable operation and abuse prevention. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: a maximum of 7 days, then automatic deletion.
5. Hosting
The website is self-hosted on a server in the EU. No transfer to third-party hosting providers beyond running the server takes place.
6. Analytics
For anonymous reach measurement we use GoatCounter (self-hosted, cookieless). No cookies are set and no personal profiles are built; only aggregated, non-identifying metrics (page views, referrer, coarse region) are collected. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No consent banner is required for this (§ 25(2) TDDDG).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). Consent given under section 3 can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
